Extract important information from clinical letters quickly and easily
Managing clinical letters in general practice is time consuming and a heavy burden on staff. We have trained a large language model to recognise, extract and list important information from clinical letters.

1. Smart Reader
Clinical letters are uploaded to our Smart Reader and are analysed using our trained software.

2. Highlighted Items
Our software identifies and highlights key information from the clinical letter.

3. Extracted Items
Key information extracted from the letter is listed with easy to identify colours.

Our software is quick, accurate and easy to use
In this demo video, we showcase the powerful features of our software in action. The first transition introduces the software interface. The user begins by uploading a document. The document selection panel appears, and the user chooses a clinical letter to analyse. The software processes the letter to extract valuable information. The next scene highlights the key information extracted by the software, making it easy to spot important details. As the video progresses, we see how the software displays the extracted data in an organised summary box. The user can scroll through the summary, viewing all identified fields. By clicking on any field, the user is taken directly to the relevant section within the letter. The final part of the video demonstrates LetterAssist’s upcoming integration with EHR. The video ends with the LetterAssist logo and website URL displayed: www.letterassist.ai. We also thank you for watching.
